Large Retail Warehousing Operation

Salary package negotiable +  family flights + medical

Based in KAEC, KSA


Our 3PL client is looking to recruit a DC manager to be based in KAEC, KSA. 

You will plan, organize, and direct the daily workflow of activities in the centralized warehouse and distribution facility including the warehousing and distribution of materials, equipment, furniture and other commodities.



  • Manage the planning, controlling and reporting of all shift operational areas

  • Ensure that all members of the team are managed to achieve their full potential. This includes responsibility for identifying training needs via regular performance appraisal

  • Ensure all staff are trained accordingly in all activities and equipment

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and approved codes of practice

  • Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;

  • Communicating with other departments, staff groups and customers;

  • Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters;

  • Carrying out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems;

  • Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email, fax and telephone;

  • Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements;

  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;

  • Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving;

  • Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment


  • Minimum 8 yrs. full hands-on experience of retail warehouse operations management including overseeing unloading, loading, picking, packing and distribution

  • Ability to communicate in English (both written and orally) and ideally Arabic at all levels of the organisation and with both internal and external customers

  • PC literate in particular Microsoft Word, Excel. Experience of automated WMS systems
