Based in Jeddah – Saudi Arabia


Our Client is a Middle East based 3PL which is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager from a logistics industry background  to ensure operational Quality of the organisation’s core operations and drive its continuous improvement.


Key responsibilities

  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures

  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards

  • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data 

  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems

  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

  • Collect and compile statistical quality data

  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers

  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

  • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

  • Monitor risk management activities 

  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions


  • Experience in the Middle East is essential 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field.  Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma

  • Experience dealing with retail clients is desirable (Consumer Goods, Furniture, Consumer Electronics etc)

  • 6 years of experience within 3PL or end user

  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage and priority given to Saudi Nationals
